I found a number of letter images from the book Good Stories from 1885. It was published over 120 years ago by Wells, Gardner, Darton & Co. without identifying an illustrator. That means this letter, and each of the others are in the public domain and can be used in your own creative projects.

This image is copyright free and in the public domain anywhere that extends copyrights 70 years after death or at least 120 years after publication when the original illustrator is unknown.
