There’s just something about these stately old manor homes. They have a certain charm and gentility about them. This one was the author’s own home in England. He must have been quite successful to have such a large home right on the canal with willows and other old trees. His ladies are walking the grounds in lovely long dresses and using parasols to keep their fine English complexions safe from the sun. This manor home drawing dates back to 1883 and is just waiting for you to breath new life into it.
