Snowstorm

Anyone who has lived where it snows can relate to the wonders of looking out a window watching the snow fall during a snowstorm. In this vintage image of children, four children and their mother peer out a window to watch the snow accumulate on the windowsill. I think this drawing would be great for a blog or diary page about the pleasure a snowstorm gives children.

I love it when I find vintage materials like 1890 Baby’s Annual Pictures and Stories for Little People. It was published oh so long ago that it is now completely in the public domain. It’s too bad the original artist(s) weren’t identified but that is why this book falls under the 120 years post publication aspect of copyright law.
