Turtle Taxi

Colored drawing of a turtle playing taxi to a pair of frogs. This full-color image seems a bit off to me. It kinda looks like the frogs were added at a later time by a different artist with different materials.

According to the story that accompanies the illustration, this is the way the drawing is supposed to look like but it looks like a multi-layered image to me.
