Decorated Letter T

This vintage letter T image has a bit of a royal look to it. The T itself looks like something out of an old manuscript and the iron-work-like frame that surrounds it reminds me of royal coats of arms. But, I think the best use of this public domain letter image might be to actually remove the T complete and just use the decoration alone.

Thomas E. Hill published Hill’s Album of Biography and Art in 1882. It included a number of wonderful illustrations and stock print foundry images.
