A group of young children pull each other on sleighs through the snow. This image is a sweet vintage drawing from the talented artist Ida Waugh. Like so many of these wonderful illustrations there’s something extra cute – the little girl in the blue coat checks on the occupant of her sleigh – her dolly. This is one of our favorite winter images that we have found so far, hope you find a great use for it.
This wintry image was included in the circa 1888 book Tangles & Curls, or, Little Boys and Little Girls. It was drawn by Ida Waugh (d.1919).
This image is copyright free and in the public domain anywhere that extends copyrights 70 years after death or at least 120 years after publication when the original illustrator is unknown.
